- I cook Eggs untill hard,put them inside cool water for 4munites.
- I bring water(normal room temperature water)in 2 separate bowls,put a drops of food colour in d bowls(pink and blue colourd) and stir them.
- I feel d eggs and dip 1 egg in pink colour water and put 2eggs in blue colour water for 3 good minutes,remove from the water and strain..
- Use sharp knite,cut d eggs in to 2 equal sizes,scoop d egg yolk and add it to mayonnaise.
- Sprinkles d Maggi star in to d mayonnaise and stir well,divide d mayo mixture in to 2,add pink color to d other half and add blue colour in to d other half and stir very well.
- Use pipping bag and pipe the pink colour mayonnaise pipe on d blue colour egg and use blue colour mayo pipe on to d pink colour eggs.
- Garnish ur deviled eggs wt d persely leaves and serve it is or serve by d side of rice or pasta.
